Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on October 1, 2025
Common Root Collective (“CRC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all users. We strive to ensure that our website, services, programs, and events are usable by individuals with disabilities, consistent with applicable federal and state requirements and accessibility best practices.
CRC’s website is designed to conform, where feasible, with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which are widely recognized as the international standard for digital accessibility. We also take into account the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including Titles II and III, which require effective communication and equal access for individuals with disabilities, as well as Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which establishes information and communication technology (ICT) accessibility standards for federal agencies. While Section 508 directly applies to federal entities, CRC aligns with these standards as part of our broader commitment to accessibility.
To support accessibility, we work to ensure that our web content and online materials include meaningful text alternatives for images and other non-text content, captions or transcripts for video and audio, sufficient color contrast, clear typography, and interfaces that can be navigated by keyboard. We regularly review and update our website to improve usability and accessibility, addressing issues as they are identified.
Despite our efforts to make all pages and content fully accessible, some areas of the site may not yet fully comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We view accessibility as an ongoing process and continue to evaluate and enhance our website and communication materials to ensure equal access for all users.
If you encounter any difficulty accessing information on our website, need materials in an alternate format, or wish to provide feedback about accessibility barriers, please contact us by email at commonrootco@gmail.com or by phone at (719) 644-6529 . You may also reach us by mail at 4419 Centennial Blvd, Unit #530, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. We will make every reasonable effort to respond promptly and provide the information or assistance you need.
For more information about accessibility rights and guidelines, please visit ADA.gov for information about the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section508.gov for information on ICT accessibility standards, or the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) for additional resources on WCAG compliance.
CRC is committed to continuous improvement and appreciates your input as we work to make creativity, connection, and community accessible to everyone.
