Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may take a bit longer. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or external factors beyond our control.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup may be available at select events or markets. To arrange pickup, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’ll assist whenever possible to help locate your shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your contact email]. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Sustainability Note: We use recycled and reusable materials whenever possible for packaging and shipping. In addition, we provide tips on recycling, repurposing, and reuse for many of our products and materials—just message us!
